The Laindons Bed & Breakfast - Hastings

we were met by amicable, exceptionally nice personnel. got the same deluxe king room booked online with windows all around, an extra large bed, as example. the hotel was in a central setting very close to the sea.

The staff are very amiable, managed the parking off site.

Inconsistent WiFi connectivity!!! Minor bathroom size concerns!!! The noise from outside was a nuisance, especially at night!!!

Perfect getaway!

We spent a night here and it was good! The hosts were super friendly, and the room was lovely-bright, airy, and had nice little touches like fresh milk and a variety of teas. Breakfast was yummy with plenty of choices. The only thing was the parking situation could be a bit tricky at peak times.

We had a fantastic time enjoying homemade cookies and fresh milk in our spacious room with a lovely view! The cozy lounge had board games and snacks, which made it a fun spot to unwind after a day out. The shower took a bit of fussing to get to the right temperature, but overall everything was superb. 😊

The place exceeded my expectations, especially in how well it accommodated my kids. The little extras and thoughtful touches.

The couple who ran the place were super helpful, even offering beach towels for the day. A special touch was homemade cookies waiting for us upon arrival.

I was enamored by the charming décor and thoughtful touches throughout The Laindons, especially the ease of access to all areas. The attention to detail.

A handrail could improve access on the stairs.

Staying here was a treat with delicious breakfast options, especially the blueberry pancakes. Noise from seagulls outside was a bit bothersome at night. Perfect location for walking tours and local culture!

The Beautiful King or Twin Room I occupied was immaculate and featured a comfortable bed, quality bedding, and a pleasant ambiance. Breakfast was well-prepared, with options such as fresh pastries and locally sourced ingredients.

Just a solid selection for a quick trip in Hastings with great value for the money. The lovely big bath was a nice surprise. Make sure to ask about any ongoing maintenance issues.

This place has the coziest guest lounge with an honesty bar and luxurious toiletries that took my breath away. I felt 'at home' with a box of useful items in my room.

Couple's Perfect Retreat

Had a good two nights at this charming B&B. The Yellow Room was amazing. It was like stepping into a painting with fine views and an en suite bath that gave both a rain shower and a classic tub, let me tell you, it was tremendous.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the experience, it was more than acceptable.

We loved our stay with fine decor and delicious breakfast options, especially the veggie full English! The attention to detail and comfort made it feel like home!
